Well, baby Mason was born today and was 8 lbs 5 oz and 20" long. He is one big kid. The events started Wednesday at 3:00 pm when we got into the hospital. After nearly 24 hours of non-eventful labor, Mason's heart rate started dipping too low and the doctor took Krystee in for a C-section. It turns out that the cord was around Mason's neck and getting tighter as he got lower. Both the mother and baby are fine and are resting now. He has such soft dark wavy hair and poutty (sp) lips like momma.
